Welcome to our sensory baby station
These sessions are run every Thursday from 9.45am, they are designed to stimulate, soothe and explore your baby's senses in a very calm environment. It's an ideal opportunity to meet other parents and enjoy a coffee, chat and cake in our café afterwards. We also have plenty of soft seating for you to feed your baby and have baby changing facilities. If you would like to come along please book on this link |

Rugby Judo is an unique and innovative approach to rugby skills training. The combination of the ‘gentlemen's game of rugby with the ‘gentle art’ of judo enables rugby players to gain new combative and defensive competence's in the safe and effective environment of a dojo .
