There are two clubnights,
Tuesday and Thursday.
Thursdays concentrate
on Tachiwaza (standing technique), and of all
the sessions taking place during the week this
is the best class for the begginer or restarter
player.
Typically we have
14 - 20 players attending on Thursday nights.
The Tuesday Newaza
(groundwork) classes have been running for over
12 months, and those players that have been attending
are now seeing improvement in this often overlooked
aspect of judo play.
On Tuesdays we
share the mat with the Karate class, and typically
have 6 - 8 players attending.
After working hard
at technique on the mat, we always work hard at
relaxing in the bar afterwards.
